Notification of Cancellations and delays 

It’s important to carefully review the cancellation policy of Omahafares. The on-screen location of the flight is constantly being updated. When a flight is cancelled, delayed, or diverted, our customer support team will inform the User of all of the details. We advise all of our clients to receive alerts about their flights in order to stay informed.

Refunds 

  • Refunds will be handled in accordance with the cancellation and fare rules of the airline. Although it was paid at the time of booking, the convenience fee to Omahafares is a non-refundable fee.
  • Omahafares must be notified directly of any cancellations in order to begin the refund process. 
  • Refund processing times can change based on the bank, payment method, etc. The Omahafares service fee, which is separate from the convenience fee as previously mentioned, must first be subtracted before processing the refund.
  • The original account from which the payment was made will receive the refund. For instance, will make the appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card if the User used a credit card; likewise, if the User used a debit card, Omahafares will credit the money to the same debit card or credit card
  • The  discount and promotional code discount that were used at the time of booking will be subtracted from the refund amount in the case of cancellation and refund of partially used tickets.

GETTING RESCHEDULED

  • We will try our best to get the User’s seat approved on another available flight if a flight they had previously booked has been cancelled or delayed due to any issues.
