Omaha Fares is an online travel agency that makes booking flights from the United States to India simple and answers all of your questions before you buy. Customers are strongly advised to carefully read the Terms and Conditions before using any of Omaha airfare services.

These Terms and Conditions embody the two parties’ overarching agreement and understanding. As a result, by purchasing a ticket through ‘OMAHAFARES.COM,’ you agree to all of these Terms and Conditions, with the exception of reservation. We reserve the right to update or edit our policies at any moment. Any modifications to the policy will be announced and posted on the website.

1) Standard Terms and Conditions

a) Eligibility – Anyone over the age of 18 who has the necessary License to traverse national borders is eligible to purchase Omaha fares services.

b) Payments – We accept payments by Discover MasterCard.

Before the flight, payment is expected for all commodities and services given and guaranteed by the Organization.

c) Pricing: The Organization’s brochure(s)/quotation prices are in USD or the comparable currency. The Organization reserves the right to increase the surcharge in the event of currency volatility and/or changes in different currency fluctuations and/or fuel prices prior to boarding. When a price increase like this occurs, it must be paid in full.

After the booking has been made, no refund requests will be accepted.

The following items are NOT included in the price:

Extra luggage fees

Port expenses

Customs duties

Fees for immigration

Parking at the airport

Fees for inspections

Passport and visa fees

Foreign governments levy departure taxes

If any of the aforementioned goods are included in the offer description, the charges will be bundled.

d) Issuing Travel Documents – The traveller must ensure that the information given for the travel document issuance is correct. OMAHAFARES accepts no responsibility if inaccurate information is submitted, causing the entire process to be impeded.

Only the person who submitted the order and agreed to our Terms and Conditions will receive the travel documentation under any name.

e) Cancellation and Alteration Policy – Ticket cancellations are bound by our Cancellation and Change Policy, which varies each deal. Before making a reservation, the customer can review the policy via email. If you have any questions, please send us an email or phone our toll-free number.

We are unable to control the rescheduling of flight timings and itineraries due to political or environmental factors. In such situations, we are compelled to cancel or change confirmed reservations.

We make every effort not to disturb our customers’ privacy, but in the event of an emergency, we reserve the right to do so. If there are any changes, we will notify you as soon as possible, and we will be glad to make more suitable plans for you.

We will offer you at least one flight of comparable quality to the one you initially booked (at no additional cost). If the ticket prices fall suddenly, we will refund the difference.

*Please keep in consideration that the preceding options do not apply if the alteration is minor and does not cause a specified delay.
 
Important: All airline ticket bookings are usually non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the offer description.
 
CHANGES AFTER PURCHASE: Any changes to bookings made after purchase are subject to airline fare limitations. Flight times and dates are subject to vary based on payment confirmation and availability. If the verification is completed outside of the time frame specified, additional fees may apply..
 
According to the agreement, the agent’s use and bill fees will be withdrawn from the refund amount in the event of cancellations.
 
f) Insurance – OmahaFares does not offer insurance and is not responsible for any customer losses that are not covered by insurance. As a result, we recommend that all passengers obtain their own insurance before going on any trip. Our customer service representatives can connect you with insurance firms to help you with your travel plans. However, it is only the duty of the traveller to investigate the company’s dependability.
 
Valid Visas and Passports – It is not our responsibility to ensure that the consumer has the necessary visas and passports before leaving. To fly outside of the United States, you’ll need a valid passport and a travel visa. The traveller must ensure that he/she possesses the two mentioned above, as well as the other travel documents provided by OmahaFares depending on information provided by the customer.
 
*International trips from the United States to India require passports valid for six months beyond the date stated in your itinerary. Travelling without a visa to a nation where one is required (India requires at least a tourist visa) may result in detention until you may be released, which is dependent on the availability of return tickets.
 
It is your responsibility to double-check the details of any pre-arrangements that must be made before travelling, as well as to confirm that you have valid documents, the appropriate vaccinations, and all relevant licenses. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the aforementioned issues. If you are unable to board your scheduled flight due to your failure to meet these criteria, we will not compensate you.
 
h) Marketing Materials – OmahaFares utilizes photographs and descriptions to represent its services strictly for referral purposes. We cannot guarantee that the services or conditions described in our blogs or elsewhere on the site will be available at the locations depicted.
 
The information on this website is derived from a number of sources, some of which cannot be entirely verified and may be incorrect. As a result, travellers are advised to use their own discretion.
 
i) Liability Limitation – OmahaFares is only a facilitator and will not be held RESPONSIBLE for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (without limitation). OmahaFares will not be liable for damage claims that result in a loss of opportunity and exceed the whole amount agreed upon by the customer.
 
j) Local Customs and Laws – Travelling to a foreign nation exposes the traveller to new norms and laws with which he is unfamiliar. As a result, travellers must be prepared to deal with any hazards. Because our services are available, the traveller acknowledges this and accepts no responsibility for any unjustified experiences he or she may have after disembarking from the plane, or even during the flight.
 
Disclaimer of Warranties – Unless otherwise stated, all services on offer are offered on a “As Available” basis.
 
“OmahaFares” DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, CONVEYED OR SUGGESTED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ADAPTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, AND ANY WARRANT.” Because your local material law may not permit the rejection of inferred assurances, the prohibitions stated above may not apply to you.
 
2) Airline Services
 
General air transportation conditions
 
In respect of air travel, the responsibilities of omahafare are limited to enabling your air ticket bookings. OMAHAFARES has no jurisdiction to mandate the type of aircraft used by any airline. OMAHAFARES is also powerless to control any additional costs imposed by a specific airport or airline. OMAHAFARES is also not responsible for any losses caused by airline cancellations, route adjustments, or seat changes. Airlines have complete control over flight schedules and timetables. OMAHAFARES will not be held liable for such changes, and no refunds will be issued for missing flights as a result of such occurrences.
 
You will be responsible for your own transportation to the new airport if the second flight is scheduled to depart from a different airport following a stop-over. OMAHAFARES will not pay you or hold you liable if you miss your next flight.
 
OMAHAFARES will not be held liable for any delays or schedule adjustments caused by labour disputes, strikes, or inclement weather.
 
3) Eligibility – Residents of the United States, its possessions, protectorates, and territories who have all of the essential power and authority to enter into and perform the responsibilities that may be purchased by Omahafares under the Terms and Conditions. Passengers must be at least 18 years old to purchase any Services OMAHAFARES.
 
4) Changes to Our Terms and Conditions – We reserve the right to amend or modify our Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice, with the understanding that some changes will not apply to Trips booked prior to the amendment or change. It is also crucial that you read and accept our conditions and Conditions before making a reservation, particularly to determine which conditions are in effect at the time, in case they have changed since the last time you ordered from OMAHAFARES or checked our Terms and Conditions.
 
5) Prices – Our tariffs are contractual tariffs, which means that no claims regarding the cost of a trip will be handled once a reservation is made.The following products are not included in the advertised price, unless otherwise stated in the offer’s description:
 
  • travel insurance including health, accidents, lost baggage and trip cancellation
  • port charges
  • items of a personal nature like laundry & incidentals
  • tips and gratuities
  • excess baggage charges
  • costs of Passports or Visas
  • inspection fees
  • naturalization and immigration fees
  • service fees
  • foreign government departure taxes
  • single room supplement
  • customs fees
  • any other items or activities not expressly advertised as included in the price of a travel in the description of the offered travel
  • airport parking
6) Cancellation – The cancellation and change rules vary depending on the service or vacation purchased. If you need more information, please contact one of our customer service specialists at the time of purchase or before.
 
Omahafares Have Received Amendments:
Any changes to the journey’s itinerary or duration are subject to the airline fare guidelines. We have the freedom to adjust flight routes and timings in response to changes in environmental variables such as weather or political changes.
 
We will provide advance notice of significant changes as soon as possible. In this case, we will offer you various route options or dates to match your requirements, as well as a package of comparable cost and standard. If you have some time before your flight, we have a few options for you:
 
You are free to accept the new timetable.
You can substitute a vacation of comparable quality for your vacation. It would be a good offer from us if you could choose alternate excursions without paying any additional fees. If your alternative trip is less expensive than the original, we will repay the difference as soon as possible. If you don’t like the vacation we’ve planned for you, you can decline and choose another option. And you must pay for such arrangements, which means you must pay a cost for a package that we do not provide, and we will repay you if your package is less expensive than the original.

All of the preceding principles are irrelevant to little and big modifications; we will react to your inquiries and offer you with any compensation or refunds that we owe you. It all depends on the circumstances, and in some cases, we may not be required to pay you the full amount. Remember that there are always exceptions, therefore keep this in mind:

If we are forced to change the flights, there will be no compensation. It can occur as a result of unforeseeable and unanticipated occurrences beyond our control.

Furthermore, no refunds or reimbursements will be given if you commit fraud or fail to comply with company policies or booking terms. In this instance ,we will be forced to cancel the flight prior warning, and you will not be refunded.

Cancellations and changes caused by travellers

Due to “force majeure,” we may be forced to cancel your flight after you have left but before your holiday is over. If this occurs, we apologise but we will be unable to provide you with a refund until we receive it from our suppliers. You will not be compensated or reimbursed for any expenditures or expenses incurred on your own, unless in extreme circumstances. It is important to note that all vacation packages, including air tickets, are non-refundable. Refund requests will be accepted only if the following conditions are met.

If the rules allow for refunds.

We will not process any refund claims until we receive a return from our vendors.

After you submit your refund request, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received by our customer service representative. This does not mean you are entitled to a refund. First and foremost, we will check with the airlines to see if there are any possible fare rules. If the airlines allow refunds, your request will be considered and a refund will be granted. Refunds can take up to 4-6 weeks to get in your account.

Changes Following Purchase:

On rare occasions, bookings may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control. While we make every effort to avoid cancelling or changing reservations, we reserve the right to do so at any time and without notice. Some changes are minor and will have little effect on travellers, but others have the potential to disrupt travel plans and must be avoided.

These changes take into account your hotel, departure schedules, and travel locations. All of them can be relocated to a more convenient location for you, and we will do so if your trip is coordinated by us.

Flight date and time changes are subject to availability and the payment of change fee per passenger, as well as any additional costs incurred between the initial total price paid and the lowest overall price available for the new trip.
